The Federal Bonding Program helps secure jobs placement for ex-offenders and others who have difficulty getting jobs, the United States Department of Labor has created a Federal Bonding Program (FBP). The FBP insures the employee for up to one year. The FBP guarantees trustworthiness of the employee and provides incentives for employers to hire ex-offenders.
